Slow motion bullet photography

July 7, 2008

A speeding bullet is nearly impossible to capture with the human eye, even the impacts are almost quicker than the eye.

The old saying “The hands are quicker than the eye” the same can be said for a bullet.

Because bullets moves at such a high speed the impact in which it creates happens in a blink of an eye.

These photographs were taken with a camera that has the ability to take photos at extremely fast FPS.

Pretty interesting to see how objects look during breaking point, the shape and form it takes makes for creative art.

My favorite one out of this collection would have to be the breaking wine glass with the blue liquid present.

The orange tomato is also an interesting one, for some reason it reminds me of a blimp.
